A team dropped out at the last minute in Girls Varsity Division III and are trying to find a replacement team. If we cannot then that division’s schedule will change slightly.

1. Play will start at 8am and hopefully finish around 8pm. Our plan is to have those teams that are local or came in Friday night to have the 8am matches and those teams coming in Saturday morning to have the 9am start time.
2. Teams will play 3 matches in pool play (4 team pools), then play 2 matches in playoffs. You will have the opportunity to play 5 matches and a max 15 sets (per VHSL guidelines).
3. There will be an admission charge; $15 for anyone over 16, $12 for 6-16. Cash or credit will be taken at the convention center.
4. Spectators WILL be allowed to bring in their own chairs. There will be NO spectator chairs available so if they want to sit they MUST bring their own chair.
5. Doors will open at 7am to the lobby of the Convention Center and the playing area will open at 7:30am.
6. There will be concessions available and I believe Coffee will start at 7:30.
7. There will be NO outside food allowed in the convention center and no Team Camping in and around the building during the event. Teams have been successful setting up villages in the parking lots just do not set up next to the building.
8. Wristbands will be given to your players and coaches at check-in: You can check in early Friday night at the Convention Center from 6pm-8pm in the main lobby. Or you can pick up your wristbands before your first match on Saturday. That process will start about 7:15 Saturday morning.

10. I do not know which door will be used for entry or for admission sales but be prepared for a line first thing in morning, we ask that teams not crowd around the entry prior to entering playing courts.

Next Monday, September 11th, we will be taking team pictures for all Middle School 7th/8th, JV and Varsity Teams during practice.  Please make sure your athlete has their BLUE uniform with them on Monday.

All games scheduled for next Friday will be Parent Transport as all buses are being used for the Middle School Retreat. This effects Varsity Cross Country and Varsity and JV Soccer.  Varsity Cross Country is at Temple and Varsity and JV Soccer will play RVCS at Hollins Park.
