As members of VISAA, athletes are required to have a physical every year.  All 7^th-12^th grade athletes are required to have a physical examination form dated after May 1 of the previous school year. This physical is good through June 30^th of the current school year.  All 5^th and 6^th grade athletes will be required to have a physical every other year.  If your athlete participated in a sport during 5^th grade, they will not need a new physical until the summer before 7^th grade
